Restraint Technology receives a number of enquiries for ‘just the buckle’. (Common fault of some locally produced buckles is that over time the two piece plastic buckle covers separate rendering the buckle un-roadworthy and dangerous)

The Australian Design Regulations clearly state that we cannot provide a belt without a buckle and or a buckle without a belt.

The reason for this ruling is one cannot guarantee compatibility with the remaining half in the vehicle.
